How to use Muscle Plus

Find your photo, check the usage rules, then download. No account needed.

1. Find your photo

Browse categories or use Search. Start with bodybuilding poses, muscle close-ups, workout scenes, office moments or a trip to the beach.

2. Choose a size

Open a photo and select Standard or Full Size. No account is needed. Standard is the size displayed on the photo page; Full Size is the largest available file. The pixel dimensions are shown on each button, and the two sizes may be the same. If the image opens in your browser, right-click or touch and hold it, then choose the option to save it.

3. Check the usage rules

Websites, social media, advertising, drawing reference, editing and tracing are allowed within the Terms. Ordinary use does not require credit. This permission is subject to restrictions: for example, fitness-gym use, resale or redistribution and competing material services are prohibited. AI training requires prior permission.

4. Use your photo

Check any individual conditions, keep your use within the Terms, and enjoy creating. Commercial YouTube use may also be subject to separately designated guidelines.
